Terms of Service:​

• Emergency Situation Protocol:

   IF an emergency occurs and the pet needs veterinary care, Love Your Paws Pet Care, LLC will take care of the expenses but will need to be reimbursed within 12 hours of the owner returning/receiving notification of the event. In the case that The Owner cannot be reached, the emergency contact will be called. The Pet Owner agrees to pay an hourly fee of $30 an hour starting from the first phone call to contact the Owner in regards to an emergency, including but not limited to, waiting for emergency contact to arrive, medical personnel to arrive and/or transportation for medical treatment. Hourly rate concludes when either pet is discharged and transported home, or medical staff makes the decision to board said pet. In addition, Pet Owner agrees to pay the current Standard Mileage Rate found on www.irs.gov for any transportation provided.

Please note: ​

 

1. After-Surgery care is NOT for Pet Owners who are on vacation, only for when they are unable to be home during the day. IF the pet owner is going to be on vacation AND will need after-surgery care; it will be an additional charge, and a credit card MUST be put on file should any emergencies/complications arise with the pet. 3) Cat care and small animal care will not be every other day; it must be every day to ensure the safety of the animals.

    

2. Basic grooming is an add-on charge only and does not include haircuts. If a haircut is required, Love Your Paws Pet Care, LLC will refer you to the BEST groomer they know. 

    

3. For Basic Obedience Service: the owner of Love Your Paws Pet Care, LLC is not a certified dog trainer. The basic obedience training offered is based on 20+ years of owning dogs and going through several sessions of professional training and behavior modification training for one of their own. Love Your Paws Pet Care, LLC has experience in positive training by having read several canine behavior books, and has experience with several training techniques to be able to tailor plans accordingly. The owner of Love Your Paws Pet Care, LLC plans on becoming a professional dog trainer in the future.

Animal Behavior

Love Your Paws Pet Care, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any animal that shows aggressive behavior at any time during the initial consultation, or during any visits after that. It is in Pet Owner's best interest to disclose any information regarding pet behavior up front to minimize the risk of damages/injuries/monetary fees down the line. ​

Claims:

Pet Owners expressly wave and relinquish any and all claims against Love Your Paws Pet Care, LLC., its employees and associates, except those proven to be arising from negligence on the part of Love Your Paws Pet Care, LLC.

 

Privacy Policy:

All of your information will be kept private and confidential. Love Your Paws Pet Care, LLC highly respects our Pet Owners entrusting us with the care of their home and their loving pets. Informing a trusted neighbor while you are away that Love Your Paws Pet Care, LLC will be caring for your pets and your home is recommended

Personal Emergencies:

In the event of personal emergency, illness or unexpected unavailability, Pet Owner authorizes Love Your Paws Pet Care, LLC to arrange for another qualified person to fulfill responsibilities as set forth in this contract.
